Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking a Senior Full-stack Engineer to lead design and governance of Agentic Solutions, bridging AI agents with production software and secure, enterprise-grade guardrails. You will build frontends (React/TS) and backend services (Node.js/Python) that power agentic experiences and connect with APIs and MCP servers.

You will also influence cloud and data strategies, collaborate with enterprise clients, and help scale our platform across global brands.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience building full-stack applications and distributed systems.
2+ years designing or deploying AI-powered applications, using agent frameworks (Langchain, LangGraph, CrewAI, MS semantic kernel, or OpenAI agent SDK).
Intelligent AI Agents in production: practical experience building and deploying AI agents at scale with MCP servers as enablement layers.
Backend & API Expertise: Node.js and Python, building reliable APIs and data connectors.
Full-Stack Fluency: React and TypeScript for intuitive UIs interacting with AI agents.
Infrastructure & Cloud Knowledge: solid grasp of cloud infrastructure and environments.

Responsibilities

Architect and Govern Agentic Solutions: Develop platforms that run AI agents, integrating via APIs and MCP servers.
Implement Safety & Governance: Design guardrails to ensure security, reliability, and enterprise compliance.
