Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for developer platforms or SaaS
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, developer tooling, or platform infrastructure
• Strong ability to translate developer needs into product requirements
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, partnerships, sales, and external partners
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for AI developer platform capabilities across APIs, SDKs, CLI tooling, MCP integrations, agentic workflows, documentation, and developer experience.
• Partner with engineering to design and ship scalable developer-facing products, including API capabilities, auth flows, tooling, schemas, validation, sandboxing, observability, and integration support.
• Translate developer and partner needs into clear product requirements and platform priorities.
• Evaluate AI-native workflows and agent frameworks to influence API and platform strategy.
• Drive discovery with external partners and internal teams, sizing opportunities and gathering feedback.
• Identify integration pain points and blockers to improve developer experience with TikTok platform APIs.
• Define success metrics for adoption, quality, usage, and partner impact.
• Collaborate across Marketing APIs, Organic APIs, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Align with leadership on long-term AI ecosystem strategy and roadmap.
• Create narratives, PRDs, launch plans, and enablement materials.
