MomentIQ Inc. seeks an Agentic Development Manager to lead the Agentic Engineering team that powers MomentIQ and a large slice of the US TikTok Shop ecosystem.
You will orchestrate a 24/7 fleet of AI coding agents, turning roadmaps into shipped software faster than anyone else, reviewing agent work and removing blockers to push weekly improvements. You are a senior full-stack engineer with hands-on AI agent experience, capable of designing scalable systems and writing specs that agents can
From a founding team that has built a portfolio of companies collectively valued at over $300 Million, including other leading TikTok-specialized agencies, MomentIQ harnesses the power of TikTok Shop to build the next generation of powerhouse D2C brands and to incubate the western world's first generation of LIVE Selling stars.
Part of the magic of MomentIQ is that everyone here owns a piece of what we're building.
Everyone owning a piece of the upside is part of what has enabled us to bring together the best team in the business.
With a valuation well into the tens of millions as of our last private equity round, a MomentIQ equity stake is no small thing.
We're hiring an Agentic Development Manager to run point on our Agentic Engineering — the team (human + AI) that builds and operates the platforms powering MomentIQ and a meaningful chunk of the US TikTok Shop ecosystem.
You'll be running point on a 24/7 fleet of AI coding agents alongside a group of engineers. Your job is to turn roadmap into shipped software faster than anyone thought possible — by orchestrating agents, reviewing their work, unblocking them, and continuously raising the ceiling on what they can do autonomously.
This is not a traditional EM role. If "managing engineers" to you means running standups and writing performance reviews, this isn't the seat. If it means designing autonomous pipelines, writing specs that agents can execute against, debugging multi-agent systems at 2am, and obsessing over how to meaningfully compound throughput every single week — keep reading.
You've been a senior/staff+ full-stack engineer. You can read, write, and review production TypeScript/Python, you've designed real systems, and you've shipped at scale. You are not "post-technical."
Deep hands-on experience with AI coding agents
You've spent serious time using modern AI coding agents in production. You know where they break, how to prompt them, how to structure repos and specs so they succeed, and how to close the loop with evals and CI.
You've built CI/CD pipelines, job queues, or autonomous systems before. You think in terms of throughput, concurrency, retries, backpressure, and self-healing — not tickets.
You don't wait for direction. You see what needs to be built, you scope it, you ship it, and you raise the bar for everyone around you.
Comfortable owning platforms that real revenue flows through. Our systems touch $120M+/year of GMV — downtime and regressions have real cost.
You'd be building this stuff on the weekend anyway. Agentic development is the most interesting thing happening in software right now and you want to be at the frontier of it.
Excited about the next few years being a grind, it being intense, with long hours, in exchange for learning at a rate you won't anywhere else, building something you own a piece of, and changing your life financially.
You'll be working with some of the best company builders from several different industries during this journey.
Own the platforms that power MomentIQ and a meaningful slice of the US TikTok Shop ecosystem end-to-end. Set the architectural direction and make sure it keeps up with the business.
Turn product roadmap and founder-level intent into specs, issues, and PRs that agents can actually execute against. Review agent output, unblock failure modes, and feed learnings back into the system so every week is faster than the last.
Build and maintain the scaffolding around the agents so the system keeps itself healthy. If something gets stuck, it should fix itself before a human notices.
