Modrow Insurance Agency is seeking an Agent Trainee to build a career in sales, business, and leadership in Minnesota. The role offers a strong base salary, uncapped commissions, hands-on training, and a clear path for advancement in a fast-growing Farmers Insurance agency.

In this in-office, full-time role you will develop client relationships, generate leads, quote and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance, and work closely with leadership for coaching and development.

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

• Prospect new business through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.

Responsibilities

• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health license preferred, but willing to assist with this process for the right candidate.
