Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Agent Services Coordinator in Traverse City, MI to support agents with onboarding, marketing, and day-to-day operations. You’ll help agents access tools, templates, and resources that grow their business while ensuring brand consistency across the market.

You will deliver hands-on training, create marketing collateral, and collaborate with Marketing and IT to optimize the agent experience. A customer-focused mindset and real estate familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service or office operations experience.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Familiarity with live or virtual training environments is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn Canva and other company software tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily contact for agents, providing responsive support in person, by phone, and by email.
• Manage a portfolio of agents and build trusted relationships and understand their business goals.
• Provide personalized guidance on leveraging company tools, resources, and services to improve productivity and marketing.
• Collaborate across departments to address questions, feedback, and needs with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate onboarding experience for new agents, ensuring smooth setup of tools and resources.
• Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions on marketing tools and platforms.
