Job summary

LH Enterprises is seeking an Agent Services Coordinator in California to handle onboarding and ongoing support for agents. You will manage the intake/exit processes, coordinate licensing with Compliance, and serve as the go-to contact for agents within the MarketCenter.

• Oversee onboarding for new and transferring agents.
• Conduct weekly agent orientations and 1-on-1s.
• Maintain agent personal information and count per system.
• Coordinate intake/exit processes and licensing with Compliance.
• Support Market Center events and communications.
