Evaluate client needs to provide tailored insurance protection strategies.
Prepare and present policy quotes that accurately reflect client goals.
Manage incoming inquiries and walk-in requests with warmth and professionalism.
Follow up with existing clients to review their coverage as their life stages change.
Document client interactions accurately in the agency database.
Develop local relationships within the Lusby community to expand our reach.
Current Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
Experience navigating insurance carrier portals and quoting software.
Strong comfort level with computers and office management platforms.
Polished communication skills for both phone and in-person client meetings.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a customer-facing sales environment.
