The Farmers Insurance Agency - Oscar Castaneda is seeking ambitious professionals for the Agent-in-Training Program in California. This role blends hands-on training with mentorship, preparing you to lead your own agency and build lasting relationships with clients.

You will learn to identify insurance needs, recommend tailored coverage (auto, home, life, renters, and business), and shadow experienced leaders to master sales, retention, and growth in a supportive, Monday–Friday environment with

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain one with district support.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business.
• Comfortable networking, prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses by providing trusted insurance guidance.
• Learn to identify clients' insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions, including auto, home, life, renters, and business insurance.
• Shadow experienced agency leaders and apply best practices in sales, client retention, and agency growth.
• Stay informed on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
