Isch Insurance Agency in Indiana is hiring a full-time Protege Insurance Sales Agent through the Farmers Protégé Program, offering an apprenticeship path to agency ownership. You'll learn the inner workings of a successful Farmers agency by working closely with our team to generate leads, quote personal, commercial and life insurance, close sales, and serve clients.

You will receive 1-on-1 coaching and group coaching from the District Office, with real earning power from day one.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with drive to achieve results.
• Resilient with ability to handle objections.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking for client situations.
• Excellent communication by phone, in person, text and email.
• Aiming for business ownership, not just a paycheck.
• Willingness to get licensed for Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, provide quotes, and close sales consistently every week.
• Build relationships by phone, in person, and through text and email.
• Work the weekly Hustle Habits: quotes, outreach, coverage conversations, and asking for the sale.
• Complete online trainings to develop product knowledge and master your craft.
• Receive 1-on-1 coaching from the agency and group coaching from the Farmers District Office.
• Bring a positive attitude, integrity, and a high-performance mindset to the team.

Join Isch Insurance Agency as a full-time Protege Insurance Sales Agent with a clear apprenticeship path to agency ownership. Learn how a successful Farmers Insurance agency runs from the inside. You'll work directly with our team to master the systems and processes that produce results: generating leads, quoting personal, commercial and life insurance, closing sales, and serving clients. You'll get 1-on-1 coaching and mentorship from our agency.

This is a career in insurance sales with real earning power from day one. If you're driven to build something of your own, the Farmers Protégé Program gives you a path toward agency ownership. You'll learn the business, prove you can produce, and, when you meet the program's graduation requirements, move into your own agency with Farmers-funded bonuses to help you launch.

What You'll Earn:

Base Pay: $1500 per month

Uncapped Commission: A tiered, performance-based schedule where your split increases as your production grows (from 50/50 up to 90/10). The more you sell, the more you keep, with no ceiling.

Bonuses: Including up to $6000 in marketing lead budget
