Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager in Chevy Chase, MD to be the first point of contact for new customers and their ongoing account manager. You will train users on Compass tools, support marketing requests, and collaborate with onboarding and marketing teams to ensure a world-class experience.

You will manage a portfolio of high-touch agents, deliver 1:1 and group trainings, create collateral from templates, and help with office operations from welcoming guests to coordinating

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Previous real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with live or remote training is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise technology such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact.
• Provide 1:1 and group training to promote Compass technology adoption.
• Create and tailor marketing collateral and coordinate with marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to welcome new customers.
• Support office openings, national initiatives, and expansion/MA activity.
• Represent the office and handle front-desk responsibilities and facilities issues.
