Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for our real estate agents. You will train users on Compass tools, assist with marketing requests, and partner with onboarding to welcome new customers.

This in-office role at our Miami Beach office requires 2–3 years in customer service or operations, with preference for real estate exposure and experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Previous experience in real estate a plus.
• Previous experience with live or remote training a plus.
• Previous experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as day-to-day contact.
• Provide 1:1 support, training, and strategic recommendations.
• Create marketing collateral from templates and coordinate with marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with onboarding for welcoming new customers.
• Support office openings and national initiatives.
• Serve as the face of the office and manage facilities.
