Job summary

Compass in Jackson, WY seeks an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for our real estate agents and to manage their onboarding and ongoing support.

You will deliver training on Compass tools, assist with marketing requests, and mentor junior teammates while collaborating across departments to optimize agent success. This 100% in-office role resides in our Jackson, WY office.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Previous real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with live or virtual training is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise software (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Passion for supporting and serving agents growing their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch agents as their day-to-day contact via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology with 1:1 and group training sessions.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to welcome new customers to Compass.
• Support national initiatives and expansion/M&A activities.
• Work with teams to relay agent feedback and champion questions.
