Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for our residential real estate agents and act as their account manager from onboarding onward. You will guide them through Compass tools, trainings, and marketing requests to help grow their businesses.

This 100% in-office role is based in our Chevy Chase office and involves collaborating with onboarding, marketing, and operations to deliver a world-class agent experience and support for new openings, national

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
Previous experience with live or remote training a plus.
Experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact.
Provide 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group training sessions.
Create collateral from templates (listings, postcards) and liaise with marketing for complex requests.
Partner with Onboarding for welcoming new customers to Compass.
Support office openings, national initiatives, and expansion/M&A activities.
Collaborate with teams to advocate customer questions and feedback.
