Job summary

Compass, Inc. seeks an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for our customers and to serve as their account manager from day one. You will support clients with Compass understanding, tool training, and marketing requests, delivering a world-class experience.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with onboarding and marketing teams, and help drive adoption of Compass services. This role is in-office in Jackson, WY.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Previous real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with live or virtual training is a plus.
• Experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Passion for supporting and serving agents growing their business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as daily contact via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology with 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group training sessions.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing specialists.
