Compass, Inc. is seeking an Agent Experience Manager in Jackson, WY to welcome and guide our real estate agents, serving as their account manager from day one. You will train users on Compass tools, support marketing requests, and liaise with multiple teams to ensure a world-class agent experience.

The role is 100% in-office at 80 West Broadway, requiring strong communication, collaboration, and a passion for helping agents grow their businesses. Previous enterprise tech experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Live or virtual training experience is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tech (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for high-touch customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Promote Compass technology through 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group trainings.
• Create collateral from templates (listings presentations, postcards) and liaise with marketing for complex requests.
• Partner with Onboarding team on welcoming new customers to Compass.
• Support with office openings, national initiatives, expansions, and M&A activity.
• Collaborate with teams to gather feedback and champion customer questions.
