Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager in our Danville, CA office to be the first point of contact for high-touch agents. You will train them on Compass tools, support their marketing requests, and help ensure a smooth onboarding as they grow their business within the Compass platform.

You will collaborate with Onboarding and Marketing teams, handle escalations, mentor coordinators, and contribute to a culture that drives positive change.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Live or remote training experience is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact via phone, email, tickets, and in-person meetings.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology with 1:1 support, recommendations, and trainings.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral and liaising with Marketing Advisors.
