Job summary

Compass in Illinois is hiring an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for high-touch agent customers. You will train on our tools, assist with marketing requests, and act as their trusted account manager from day one.

You will promote Compass technology adoption, deliver 1:1 and group trainings, support onboarding for new offices, and partner with marketing to resolve requests. Strong communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as day-to-day contact.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology with 1:1 and group training.
• Provide marketing support by creating listings collateral and coordinating with marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with onboarding on strategy for welcoming new customers.
• Support office openings, national initiatives, and expansion/M&A activity.
• Mentor Agent Experience Coordinators and handle escalations.
• Champion a positive culture and change within the team.
