Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Washington to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers at the center, using U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory, and help with hitch installations and equipment inspections.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Propane fill (certification offered on employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered on employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
