Job summary

Priority1 is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to support Agent Partners and ensure superior customer service. The role focuses on cultivating new agents, onboarding them to the TMS, and providing ongoing operational guidance to maintain strong client relationships.

The candidate will work closely with the Business Development Team to refine the agent development process and improve partner outcomes while delivering reliable support to a growing logistics network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to think critically and adapt to new systems.
• Sincere desire to cultivate and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with new Agents to familiarize them with the TMS and company processes and policies
• Ensure top level Customer Service and Support to Client Base
• Act as an ongoing resource to new and current agents, providing ongoing guidance and operational assistance
• Additional job responsibilities related to Agent Development
• Work with Business Development Team to continue improving the Agent Development Process
