Priority1 Inc. is seeking an Agent Development Specialist to cultivate and support Agent Partners. You will onboard new agents to the TMS, ensure top-notch service to clients, and act as a continual resource for guidance and operational support. You’ll collaborate with the Business Development Team to refine the agent development process.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, effective communication, and adaptability to evolving systems within a logistics environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to critically think and adapt to new systems.
• Sincere desire to cultivate and maintain relationships.

Mansioni

• Effectively communicate with new Agents to familiarize them with the TMS and company processes and policies.
• Ensure top level Customer Service and Support to Client Base.
• Act as an ongoing resource to new and current agents, providing ongoing guidance and operational assistance.
• Work with Business Development Team to continue improving the Agent Development Process.
