U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in South Bend, Indiana, to be the face of our service and assist customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and returns.

You'll use U-Scan technology, move and hook up trucks, and help customers with questions while maintaining safety and product knowledge. Training is provided on the job, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Formación

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
