U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mishawaka, Indiana, to be the face of the company’s service and assist customers with rentals, inspections, and equipment handling. The role uses U-Scan technology to manage inventory and guide service interactions.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, preparing invoices, and educating customers about products. Training is provided, with hiring bonuses and opportunities for advancement noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered during employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered during employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
