Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Contracting Coordinator to support agents and internal staff through the insurance contracting and onboarding process. You will manage the contract lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate data entry and records.

This role focuses on scrubbing contracts, collecting missing information, and proactive communication with agents to ensure timely submissions and accurate writing numbers. A proactive problem-solver will thrive in our fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
• 2-4 years of related experience required.
• Experience with insurance contracts and levels is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak times.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities; able to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initial request to contract termination, ensuring steps are completed accurately.
• Document incoming agent contracts and follow appropriate workflows for processing.
• Prepare contracts for submission including scrubbing and collecting missing information.
• Follow up on submitted contracts and notify agents when writing numbers are received.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and agencies, proactively addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to contracting regulations, procedures, and procurement laws.
• Resolve service-related issues for agents and marketers, collaborating with management to improve processes.
• Ensure payment levels are entered and assigned correctly; maintain accurate data entry and records management.
• Provide outstanding customer support and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
