Ben Smith Agency in Grandville, MI is seeking an Agency Sales Representative to join a high-performing Farmers Insurance team. You will build relationships, work with qualified leads, and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance products.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and a clear path to advancement within farmers ownership programs. A strong work ethic and customer-facing experience are valued.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales or a customer-facing role preferred, in various industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
