Job summary

Feeding Southwest Virginia is seeking an Agency Relations Coordinator to build and sustain partnerships with food-distribution agencies in the service area. You will collaborate with programs staff to ensure diverse resources reach pantries, emergency boxes, and on-site meals.

You will monitor compliance, recruit new partners, and coordinate trainings and site visits while traveling within the 26-county/9-city service area.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and/or two years' experience required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service ethic and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with agency partners across Feeding SWVA's service area.
• Identify new agencies to expand partnerships and assist with referrals to programs.
• Ensure TEFAP compliance, reporting, and required trainings.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and capacity-building activities with partners.
