Job summary

Feeding South Florida is seeking an Agency Relations Coordinator to serve as the main liaison between Partner Agencies and FSF, ensuring compliance, capacity building, and effective food distribution across the service area.

You will evaluate agency performance, provide guidance on regulatory standards (FSF, Feeding America, USDA), plan visits, and maintain PA documentation while delivering training and support to strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in public admin, social services or related field; 3+ years nonprofit/government experience preferred.
• Demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure partner agencies meet FSF guidelines and policies.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct site visits for current and prospective Partner Agencies; assess compliance.
• Maintain PA files, licenses, inspections and permits.
• Provide guidance and training on FSF compliance to agencies.
• Manage the prospective agency application process; evaluate documentation and readiness.
• Prepare reports on agency performance, compliance status and outcomes.
• Represent Feeding South Florida at meetings and community events.
• Travel within the service area as needed.
