Job summary

Food Lifeline in Seattle, WA seeks an Agency Relations Coordinator to build strong relationships with our member agencies and provide hands-on support to food banks, pantries, shelters, and community partners across Western Washington.

This hybrid, non-exempt role serves as a liaison between Food Lifeline and agencies, delivering customer service, training, and operational support while helping navigate requirements and resolve barriers to food distribution.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account management, or project coordination.
• Experience in nonprofit or community programs.
• Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration.
• Ability to navigate multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Food Lifeline and assigned member agencies.
• Provide customer service, technical assistance, training, and operational support.
• Conduct on-site monitoring visits and support agency needs.
