Job summary

Feeding San Diego is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to manage daily operations for partner and member agency food distribution programs across San Diego County. You will collaborate with faith-based groups, nonprofits, colleges, and donors to ensure efficient, safe food handoffs from donors to agencies to the community.

You will coordinate logistics, maintain databases, and support capacity-building initiatives while upholding Feeding San Diego's mission and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and food safety training preferred or High School Diploma/GED with nonprofit/public service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with partners and maintain data in systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Feeding San Diego partner and member agency food distribution programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with faith-based organizations, nonprofits, colleges, and food donors.
• Ensure safe, dignified food distributions and manage logistics from donors to partner agencies.
• Maintain agency and donor data, schedules, and feedback in Feeding America platforms.
• Identify opportunities to support agencies with resources and capacity building.
