Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and/or two years’ experience in volunteer management required.
• Two years of experience recruiting and managing a volunteer-based workforce or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Volunteer Program and QA functions.
• Recruit, train and recognize volunteers; track hours and scheduling.
• Coordinate with staff for event support and volunteer opportunities; maintain calendars.
