Job summary

Food Lifeline is seeking an Agency Relations Coordinator in Seattle, WA. This hybrid, non-exempt role focuses on building strong relationships with member agencies and providing hands-on support to food banks, pantries, and other partners across Western Washington.

The successful candidate will be a clear communicator, handle challenging conversations with professionalism, and manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account management, or project coordination is preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit or community-based programs is important.
• Familiarity with food safety, compliance monitoring, data management systems, or food distribution programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Food Lifeline and assigned member agencies.
• Provide customer service, training, and operational support to partners.
• Conduct on-site monitoring visits and help resolve issues across departments.
