  • Develop, lead, and execute Capita Works' business strategy in the U.S. market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with companies in need of nearshore staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, recruiting, and LATAM operations teams.
  • Manage the full business development cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and client success follow-up.
  • Create scalable processes to support sustainable sales growth in the U.S.
  • Report directly to the executive leadership team with KPIs and performance insights.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales and operations within staffing or related B2B services.
  • A successful track record of market development and expansion in the U.S.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience leading commercial or operations teams.
  • Native or professional-level English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Based in the United States (remote role, with occasional travel if needed).
