The Atlantic District is seeking an experienced Agency Manager in Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA. You will guide our local team toward operational excellence, mentor sales producers, and build lasting relationships with the community to drive growth and service excellence.

Join a dynamic division focused on leadership development, structured processes, and a culture of accountability. A strong track record in insurance leadership and Virginia licensing is required.

Qualifications

• Virginia P&C and Life/Health licenses required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance with growth track record.
• Deep understanding of underwriting guidelines and policy administration.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach a sales team.
• Strong proficiency with agency management systems and digital lead-tracking software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• Mentor our sales producers by providing regular feedback, setting clear sales targets, and helping them refine their client engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Current P&C and Life/Health insurance producer licenses for the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with a track record of growth.
