Job summary

The Atlantic District seeks an Agency Manager in Erie, PA who will lead daily operations, mentor the sales team, and drive performance across our insurance product lines.

You will shape strategies to strengthen our presence in the Erie community, uphold high service standards, and collaborate with leadership to refine sales outreach while coaching others toward professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current P&C or Life/Health producer license.
• Three or more years of experience leading sales teams or managing insurance operations.
• Strong command of agency management software and digital sales platforms.
• A clear understanding of insurance product lines and regional market trends.
• Ability to commute daily to our Erie, Pennsylvania office.
• Proven history of coaching others to reach their professional potential.
