Oversee the daily sales operations of our Doylestown office to ensure we are meeting our growth goals.
Provide hands-on coaching and encouragement to our sales producers to help them reach their personal best.
Identify new opportunities within the local market to expand our reach and protect more families and businesses.
Maintain high standards of service by acting as a final point of contact for complex client inquiries.
Foster a positive, collaborative office culture where people feel supported and excited to come to work each day.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust our sales strategies to ensure long-term stability and success.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Five or more years of experience in the insurance industry with a clear history of successful sales growth.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and support a sales team.
Familiarity with standard agency management software and client databases.
Strong organizational skills for managing office operations and production targets.
Experience in developing local business networks and community partnerships.
