Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty license required.
• 3+ years in insurance sales or agency management.
• Proven mentoring track record and growth achievement.
• Deep understanding of the Maryland insurance market.
• Strong organizational habits and familiarity with agency software.
• Certified professional such as CIC or ARM is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the agency runs smoothly.
• Guide and support the sales team to hit goals.
• Analyze the current book of business to protect client assets.
• Represent The Atlantic District in Bowie by building relationships.
