Ideal candidates hold a current Property and Casualty license, have 3+ years managing an insurance agency, and are eager to mentor staff, analyze markets, and drive profitable growth for the community.

Qualifications

• Current Property and Casualty license is required.
• State College based residency or willingness to relocate.
• Three or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations.
• Deep understanding of policy underwriting and local market trends.
• Mentor sales staff and drive office growth.
• Experience with agency management software and digital lead tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our State College location, ensuring our service standards remain high.
• Lead, coach, and support our sales team to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
• Analyze our local market to identify new opportunities for community engagement and business expansion.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by ensuring their coverage needs are always met.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust our strategies to keep the office running smoothly and profitably.
