Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking an Agency Lead to guide the Harrisburg office and mentor the sales team toward growth and excellence. You will drive hands-on coaching, oversee daily operations, and identify local business opportunities to expand the client base.

Lead with a focus on service quality, staff development, and strategic planning, reporting KPIs to leadership to shape our regional presence.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Valid Life & Health license.
• Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a team toward collective goals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily operations.
• In-depth understanding of insurance underwriting guidelines and regional market trends.
• Proficiency in industry-standard agency management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Harrisburg office to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
• Provide hands-on coaching and support to our sales staff to help them refine their skills and achieve their professional best.
• Identify new opportunities for business development within the local community to expand our client base.
• Maintain high standards of service by reviewing policy adjustments and addressing client concerns with care.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative office culture where everyone feels heard and valued.
• Report on key performance indicators to leadership, helping us refine our strategy and grow the brand.
