Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in marketing, agency, or digital environment.
• Experience leading projects, workflows, or people.
• Ability to manage and hold a team accountable.
• Strong understanding of social media, content, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own Day-to-Day Operations (Core Focus).
• Oversee execution across all client accounts.
• Ensure deadlines are met and work is delivered at a high level.
• Bring structure and clarity to workflows (Asana, communication, timelines).
• Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable.
• Manage a young, fast-moving team (social media, creatives, interns).
• Execute the Founder’s Vision and turn ideas into action.
• Improve communication, ownership, and performance.
