Qualifications

• Experience partnering with founders and guiding executive teams.
• Experience leading in hyper-growth environments with margin focus.

• Plan, prioritize, and implement transformation and growth with the founders.
• Scale team capacity to support client growth and optimize margins.
• Harmonize functions and align on goals and priorities.
• Design and stand up teams to service large AOR wins.
• Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration across the agency.
