Operations Manager (Integrator) — Plot Property Group

We're a high-volume real estate investment company in Las Vegas, closing around 100 deals a year, and we're looking for our Integrator — the operations leader who keeps the whole machine running. You won't be closing deals yourself. Your job is to make sure the team that does never gets stuck: clear systems, a clean CRM, tight follow-up, and a weekly rhythm that keeps every deal rolling toward the finish line.

This is the right seat for a systems‑obsessed, Swiss‑army‑knife operator — someone who builds order out of fast‑moving complexity and genuinely cares about our mission of helping homeowners sell their properties as‑is. You'll take the owner's vision and turn it into plans, processes, and accountability.
