Qualifications

• 20+ years in marketing agencies, creative and/or social focus.
• Experience leading hyper-growth (50%+ yearly).
• Experience partnering with founders and translating vision to reality.
• Strong in strategic planning, budgeting, and margin management.
• Familiarity with AI integration in operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with founders and exec team to operationalize vision and drive growth.
• Scale team capacity in line with client growth and revenue margins.
• Harmonize functions across the organization to align goals and priorities.
• Track financial targets and adjust course as needed.
• Design teams to service large AOR wins.
