The Atlantic District seeks an Agency Lead to mentor our sales team, drive growth, and uphold exceptional client service in the Bristol market. You’ll steer performance, refine local marketing, and partner with ownership to shape long-term agency strategy.

This leadership role emphasizes hands-on training, strategic development, and a strong community mindset to expand our presence while protecting client interests across insurance lines.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses in Virginia.
• Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or agency operations.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience with small teams.
• Strong proficiency in agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
• Deep understanding of the Bristol market and existing professional networks.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with eye for growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor our sales staff to help them reach their professional goals and improve their closing techniques.
• Monitor agency performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure we remain on track with our growth targets.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives that keep our name front and center in the Bristol community.
• Manage high-level client relationships, ensuring that our long-term policyholders receive white-glove service.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure our workflow remains smooth, efficient, and client-focused.
• Collaborate with the ownership team to refine our long-term vision and agency strategy.
