Qualifications

• Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully paid by Farmers).
• Flexibility to open and scale your agency anywhere in Illinois.
• Proven background in sales, leadership, or small-team management.
• Proven financial stability with the capital required to invest in and scale a start-up business enterprise.
• Strategic leadership mindset with focus on long-term career growth.

Responsibilities
