Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional sales, leadership, business consulting, or management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze business data and recommend actionable solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with independent agency owners to develop customized business growth strategies.
• Analyze agency performance using sales and operational metrics.
• Conduct business planning meetings and performance reviews.
• Coach agency owners and staff on sales techniques, customer retention, life and commercial insurance, and cross-selling strategies.
• Identify opportunities to increase profitability and market share.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor agency talent.
• Hold agency owners accountable to agreed-upon business goals.
• Support new agency launches and ongoing business development.
• Collaborate with district leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
• Build lasting relationships through consistent communication and in-person agency visits.
