Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking an Agency Business Consultant in Albuquerque, NM to advise and empower independent agency owners. You will drive growth through coaching, performance analysis, and hands-on leadership, partnering with a top district within Farmers Insurance.

You will mentor owners and staff, lead planning sessions, and help teams improve profitability, sales, and client retention while collaborating with district leadership and field teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional sales, leadership, business consulting, or management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze business data and recommend actionable solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with independent agency owners to develop customized business growth strategies.
• Analyze agency performance using sales and operational metrics.
• Conduct business planning meetings and performance reviews.
• Coach agency owners and staff on sales techniques, customer retention, life and commercial insurance, and cross-selling strategies.
