Job summary

Colonial Life seeks an Agency Sales Representative to drive growth in Las Cruces, NM. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on prospecting, presenting workplace benefit solutions, and supporting agencies with enrollment activities while delivering ongoing client service and success.

You will meet with business leaders, perform needs assessments, coordinate enrollments, and work with internal teams to achieve sales targets and positive employer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage employers and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with employers for Colonial Life benefits.
• Present workplace benefit solutions and support agencies in enrollment programs.

• Coordinate enrollment activities and provide ongoing client service.
• Maintain accurate records in sales systems and collaborate with internal teams.
