Qualifications

• The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong agricultural background and interest in supporting customers in the ag market.
• Previous inside sales or customer service experience is a strong plus.
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment features and functionality.
• Excellent communication across phone, email, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell equipment to prospects and existing customers.
• Ensure every customer has a positive first interaction with the company.
• Build strong rapport with customers while balancing personal and professional relationships.
• Follow up promptly on all customer leads and inquiries.
• Meet with customers at the branch or on-site for demonstrations.
• Create quotes and product materials based on customer needs and preferences.
