Ziegler Ag Equipment, a CAT dealer with extensive inventory and product lines, seeks a customer-focused Ag Sales Account Manager in Minnesota. You will develop local customer relationships, promote equipment, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including on-site demonstrations, quotes, and CRM updates.

This full-time role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and modern technology to support sales efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred in business or agriculture.
• Prior ag equipment sales experience is a plus.
• Strong written, electronic, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell equipment to prospective and existing customers.
• Serve as primary contact between customers and Ziegler Ag Equipment.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships.
• Respond promptly to walk-in customers and inquiries.
• Collaborate with regional sales team and manufacturer reps.
• Meet with customers on site to assess needs and recommend products.
• Prepare quotes and sales contracts accurately and timely.
• Maintain CRM with customer interactions and sales activities.
• Plan pricing strategies aligned with company policy.
