Ziegler Ag Equipment is seeking a customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our Ag Sales Team in the Renville County area of Minnesota. You will develop local customer relationships, promote multiple product lines, and provide tailored equipment recommendations.

The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, plus a company vehicle and modern technology. Travel up to 50% is required to support customers and opportunities across Minnesota and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or agriculture-related field.
• Strong agricultural background.
• Prior sales experience in ag equipment or related equipment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent written, electronic, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to act with a sense of urgency.
• Willingness and ability to operate equipment for demonstration purposes after proper training.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell equipment to prospective and existing customers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and Ziegler Ag Equipment, ensuring a positive overall experience.
• Build strong rapport with customers while maintaining a balance between personal and professional relationships.
• Collaborate with team members throughout the sales process to meet customer needs.
• Meet with assigned customers in person or on site to understand their operational needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Create and deliver quotes, product information, and materials to support decision-making.
• Plan and execute a pricing strategy that aligns with company policy.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive products, industry trends, and competitor activity.
