Ziegler Ag Equipment, a leading ag equipment dealer, seeks a customer-focused Sales Account Manager to expand local farm customer relationships and sell products that fit operations across Kandiyohi and Chippewa counties.

In this role you will promote equipment, respond to customer needs, deliver tailored recommendations, and collaborate with product specialists and the Ag Regional Sales Manager to close deals. Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and a company vehicle are provided.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or agriculture-related field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong agricultural background.
• Prior sales experience in ag equipment or related equipment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent written, electronic, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Willingness to operate equipment for demonstrations after training.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell equipment to prospective and existing customers.
• Serve as primary contact between customers and Ziegler Ag Equipment for a positive experience.
• Build rapport with customers and balance personal and professional relationships.
• Respond promptly to walk-in customers.
• Collaborate with regional sales manager and product specialists.
• Meet with customers to understand needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Prepare quotes and product information for decision-making.
• Demonstrate machines and their capabilities.
